Jakarta, Indonesia, June 21, 2022: The Tourism Academy is honored to announce that Chief Strategist, Stephen Ekstrom, will be speaking live to the Indonesia Youth Foundation next month.
Ekstrom, a widely recognized tourism expert and motivational speaker, has presented in dozens of countries to more than a million people. He will be working directly with the Indonesia Youth Foundation to help its participants discover the importance of leadership and innovation.
Founded in 2020, the Indonesia Youth Foundation is a non-government public diplomacy organization focused on promoting a better understanding of Indonesia and bridging friendships with the international community.

Ekstrom's presentations engage individuals and improve leadership performance by focusing on techniques and tools that can be used immediately. Additionally, within his workshops, he discusses the three pillars of effective education & training: Transformation, Engagement and Accessibility. He also discusses servant leadership strategies through which people in positions of leadership can achieve authority through empathy, listening, foresight and awareness.
In team building workshops, Ekstrom discusses issues, such as helping teams work together, allowing them to have fun without sacrificing efficiency and productivity, resulting in improved overall morale, increases in productivity and motivation.
