Guest Lecturers Announced for Tourism Leadership Accelerator

We're thrilled to announce the lineup of guest lecturers for our upcoming tourism leadership accelerator program! As a program designed to help professionals build the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the tourism industry, we believe that having the right mix of speakers is essential to a well-rounded and comprehensive education.

We've put together a fantastic group of guest lecturers, each of whom brings unique insights and expertise to the program. Here's a sneak peek at who you can expect to hear from:

  1. Butch Spyridon - CEO, Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp

Butch Spyridon has served as president and CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation (NCVC) since 1991. Under his leadership, Nashville’s hospitality industry has evolved from an industry largely based on theme park and summer leisure travel, to a year-round destination for convention, business and leisure visitors. Hospitality’s evolution has made it the city’s second largest industry and elevated annual revenues to $4 billion.

  2. John Percy - President and CEO, Destination Niagara USA

John Percy has one of the most recognizable faces in the tourism and destination industry. In his tenure at Niagara USA, the area has seen unprecedented growth, economic development and community involvement. John's leadership reaches far beyond his local area, extending to countless board, committee and advocate appointments throughout the industry.

  3. Peter Pantuso - President & CEO, American Bus Association

Peter J. Pantuso is President and CEO of the American Bus Association (ABA).  As CEO he is responsible for the Association’s day-to-day operations, in addition to his role at ABA, he also serves as President of the National Bus Traffic Association and of the ABA Foundation.

We're confident that this group of guest lecturers will provide participants with a well-rounded and comprehensive education that prepares them for success in the tourism industry. We encourage all program participants to take advantage of the opportunity to learn from these experts and to engage in thoughtful discussions and networking opportunities throughout the program.

We're looking forward to an exciting and productive program, and we can't wait to see all of the great things that our participants will achieve!
